Bed and breakfast cancellation policy
No cancellation charge will be made if your booking is cancelled before 2pm the day before the date of arrival. Where cancellation is made outside of the terms you will be charged the full amount for your first nights stay.

Bed and breakfast amendments and refunds
If you wish to make an amendment or require a  refund you must complete the online form. All queries will be responded to within 72 hours of receiving the online form. Any refund can take up to 10 working days to appear back into your bank account.
