The principal buildings are Lucas House, Peter Scott House, Hornton Grange and Garth House, featuring 11 main conference rooms ranging from 10 to 60 delegates capacity and 12 syndicate rooms seating up to 10 delegates.

The Conference Park also has 106 ensuite, year round residential accommodation available along with 2 restaurants and 2 bars and a 24 hour reception.
