Nicolson Building

Named after John Nicolson, the last private owner of Winterbourne, the Nicolson Building offers a range of five flexible contemporary meeting spaces, with capacity for up to 100 delegates in the main conference area.

The Nettlefold Room is Winterbourne’s largest meeting space, with capacity for up to 100 people.  Fitted with the latest AV equipment, this makes the ideal space for formal presentations and conferences, with four syndicate rooms situated conveniently in the same building.

The building celebrates Nettlefold’s industrial connections with retro prints from his family firm GKN on the walls and the innovation theme is continued with the furniture – using Kite tables to offer the most flexible of room layouts.

Please note: as of January 2013 the Nicolson building is still available to hire, but with limited availability.  Please contact your event co-ordinator to see if the room is available when you need it.
